Logo & Branding

Simplify Asset Management is an innovative ETF solutions company that help advisors tackle the most pressing portfolio challenges with an innovative set of options-based strategies. Through collaboration with the founders, my involvement included integrating the fundamental principles of their philosophy and products into every aspect of the Simplify brand, creating a cohesive and compelling identity.

Together with the Creative Director and design team, we worked on the brand to embody its mission of simplifying complex investment concepts and designed a unique, dynamic brand mark that captures the movement of a fund's market performance. The primary brand colors of gold, silver, and copper were inspired by the fine metals used to create currencies and provide a touch of timeless elegance and refinement. We focused on creating a simple, clean and robust mark, while keeping in mind Simplify's mission of making investing easy and accessible for everyone.

Design System

I helped design a fundamental brand design system that captures a consistent style in Simplify's communication, marketing, advertising, and print materials. The goal was to create a visually consistent and engaging brand identity that would help Simplify stand out compared to other ETF investment companies.

Website Design

For the website design, the design team and I followed the branding design system style and ensured that we created a website that entailed user-friendliness and efficiency, as well as simple and intuitive interactions that seamlessly translated to mobile. Our focus was on ensuring accessible and engaging access to Simplify's investment solutions.

Animated Video Storyboards

Partnering with our in-house motion design team, I help produce digital video storyboards and assets to strengthen the value propositions of each ETF. By breaking down complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, their quick, explainer videos provide advisors with a quick and simple way to comprehend each fund's unique offering in less than five minutes.
